CRC TR 224 Workshop on Minimum Wages and Collective Bargaining

On October 13, 2026, together with Miren Azkarate, I am organizing the CRC TR 224 Workshop on Minimum Wages and Collective Bargaining at ZEW. The workshop will feature academic presentations on minimum wages and collective bargaining, a policy roundtable, and a keynote by Alan Manning (London School of Economics).

Program

In 2021-2024 I organized together with Andreas Gulyas and Moritz Kuhn the CRC TR 224 Workshop on Labor Markets. Papers with both empirical and theory focus were presented. Topics included the determinants of earnings dynamics, the gender wage gap, families in the labor market, worker flows and firm dynamics, the effects of minimum wages, labor market effects of short-time work schemes, or the consequences of mass layoffs.
