About Us/Mo’o Kū’auhau (Genealogy)

We are a volunteer group of Na`ehu-Saffery descendants who have come together to form the Na`ehu-Saffery `Ohana Association.

MEMBERSHIP FORM

The Naʻehu-Saffery ʻOhana Association is organized exclusively for educational, and genealogical documentation, historical research and social purposes.


The Association was formed to plan family reunions, connect family members, share and publish genealogy information, and assist in supporting the maintenance of the Saffery ʻOhana historical gravesite located in Ulupalakua, Maui.  


The purpose of this Association is:

  • To conduct the Naʻehu-Saffery ʻOhana Reunion for the purpose of bringing together the lineal descendants of Edmund Saffery Sr, Kupuna Naʻehu, and Kawaʻawaʻaiki Waiki Alapaʻinui Waikipoha Naʻehu
  • To research and publish genealogical information for the benefit of the Naʻehu-Saffery ʻOhana
  • To maintain the integrity of the Saffery ʻOhana gravesite in Ulupalakua, Maui
  • To maintain the SafferyOhana.org ʻOhana website, and Communications Network
