We are a volunteer group of Nāʻehu-Saffery descendants who have come together to form the Nāʻehu-Saffery ʻOhana Association.
The Nāʻehu-Saffery ʻOhana Association is organized exclusively for educational and genealogical documentation, historical research, and social purposes.
The association was formed in 2015 with the intention of planning family reunions, connecting family members, sharing and publishing genealogy information, and assisting in supporting the maintenance of the Nāʻehu-Saffery ʻOhana historical grave site located in ʻUlupalakua, Maui.
The purpose of this Association is:
to conduct Nāʻehu-Saffery ʻOhana reunions for the purpose of bringing together the lineal descendants of Edmund Saffery, Sr., Kupuna Nāʻehu, and Kawaʻawaʻaiki "Waiki" Alapaʻinui Waikipoha Nāʻehu,
to research and publish genealogical information for the benefit of the Nāʻehu-Saffery ʻOhana,
to maintain the integrity of the Nāʻehu-Saffery ʻOhana grave site in ʻUlupalakua, Maui,
to maintain the safferyohana.org website, and communications network.
