Luc Bauwens -> Peter Reinhard Hansen

Luc Bauwens will step down as EC2 director after the 2013 conference in Cyprus, December 13-14. Luc has coordinated the EC2 activities since 2001, and will be replaced by Peter Reinhard Hansen. Proposals for future EC2 conferences should be submitted to the new director.
