Ricardo Vicente

I am an Economist at the Bank of Estonia working in climate policy and the macroeconomy. I have received my PhD in Economics at the European University Institute, in Florence, Italy.

My research interests include Public Finance, Sovereign Debt, Climate Economics and Political Economics.
