Founder and Instructor

Econometrics Academy

Ani Katchova is the founder and instructor of the Econometrics Academy. She has over 20 years of experience doing research and teaching Econometrics at the University of Illinois, University of Kentucky, and The Ohio State University in the U.S. She has an extensive experience teaching statistics to undergraduate students and econometrics to Master's and Ph.D. students at several universities in the U.S. and world-wide.

Dr. Katchova holds the honorary title of Kentucky Colonel which was awarded for her teaching efforts. She has published over 50 research papers using econometric models in leading journals in applied and agricultural economics. Many of her publications apply the econometric models that she teaches on the Econometrics Academy.

Ani Katchova is Professor in the Department of Agricultural, Environmental, and Development Economics at The Ohio State University in the U.S. However, the Econometrics Academy is a distinct and independent effort from her university responsibilities.
