Open the following UCSC session with the tracks of H3K79me2 ChIP-seq performed in REFERENCE 1 analyzed also in REFERENCE2
Configure each collection of tracks (TRADITIONAL, SPIK-CHIP and CHIP-RX) to show each subtrack in a separate line of the image by setting Merge method: none
Compare now how the degree of amount of histone is correctly reported at each sample by spike-in correction methods, while it is more abruptly shown in the traditional sequencing depth normalization
