Minor bug fixes, new version uploaded

A couple of minor bugs have been fixed and a new version of ELC has been posted. 1.0.2

One bug was related to Windows XP and DirectSound initialization. I myself couldn't reproduce the issue, but I've been told the change I made did fix the problem.

Another bug was related to clicking on the column headers in the race data grid control. Apparently I'd never tested this, and there was a crashing error in this case.
