Question: Are we allowed to walk in the NGPA?
Answer: Yes, but please be mindful of not to disturb the natural growth. If your yard backs up to the NGPA be sure to respect the lot lines and not make any changes in the NGPA

Question: What do I do if a tree in the NGPA falls on my fence or other structure and damages it?
Answer: The first step is to contact your insurance company and ask them to assess the situation.
Question: How can I propose a change to our CC&R, by-laws or rules?
Answer: Please either submit your request to eastlakeparkhoa@gmail.com and/or (preferably) attend an upcoming HOA board member meeting to propose the change to bring to a vote (see upcoming meetings here). Depending on the type of change, there are various requirements for voting.
