The Eastlake Park HOA annual dues assessment for 2021 is $310.00 The Association dues are used to pay costs such as insurance for the common areas, maintenance of the common areas, legal costs, fund reserve accounts and other community expenses.
Dues statements will be sent the end of January, 2021
Dues must be paid (postmarked) by March 30, 2021
We as a board realize there are many in financial trouble due to the pandemic and we are more than happy to support a payment plan, however, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO EMAIL THE BOARD AND REQUEST THIS PAYMENT PLAN PRIOR TO MARCH 30th, 2021. Native Growth Protected Area (NGPA)
Native Growth Protected Area (NGPA)
The Association owns three designated Native Growth Protection areas. Use and management of these areas is governed by county regulations, CC&R and Bylaws.
Our Association is very committed to managing the areas and maintaining them. We hire a certified arborist to survey the NGPA and identify any trees that need to be topped or removed. Removal requires that we obtain permission from the county and that whenever possible we leave a minimum of 25 feet of the tree standing.
In 2021 we are planning a project to plant 100 evergreen seedling in the NGPA tracts, to restore the trees that we have lost due to age and weather over the past few years.
