Black Pearl bounced back from Monday's loss to Red Rum with a commanding victory over a savage Bluepers team. Pearl won the game 15-4.

Red Rum played Betty White in the late game. Betty White had just five players including one DoW. Bri G, Dr B, Gertz, Ethan and Matt V were just enough to avoid a forfeit. Ash, Waldie, Vin and Simon guested from Bluepers after playing savage earlier. Even more impressively, Betty White took half up 8-7 on an upside-down 50 yard, stall-zero huck from Dr B that Vin caught one-handed! The game remained close in the second half too, but Red Rum managed to come from behind and win 13-12 on universe point.

Monday's games are the end of the fall regular season. They are also a preview of the opening playoff matchups: Bluepers vs Red Rum in the early game, followed by Black Pearl vs Betty White. Black Pearl and Betty White have been incredibly closely matched this season. Though Black Pearl won the season series 3-2 and has the edge in the overall standings, both of their recent games were decided by a single point. Monday is also our Halloween games, so lets make it a fun night! Wear a costume you can play ultimate in. Candy will be served.
