No Lindsay, no Liam, no Waldie, no problem. ShRED and Area 51 both started the early game playing savage. ShRED built a big lead and took half. Area 51 came on strong in the second half, but the game's late start made hard cap arrive quickly. Both teams played a lot of zone defense. ShRED got the win, 10-8, breaking their curse and winning their first early game of the season. With the win, they held on to a narrow lead in the standings too.

In prime time, White Lotus defeated Big Disc Energy, 12-9. It was a close game the whole time. Bookends from Xander (dressed to the nines in a giraffe onesie) and captain Corinna!! White Lotus looked dazzling in their flower crowns and welcomed their newest addition - Zara! Zara crushed her first game, throwing an assist to Jackson who had an absolute bonkers game!! The second half started with back to back scores off big hucks in the same corner of the endzone - first from BDE’s Moran and then Lotus’ Matt. Believe it or not, the white and gold jersey contrast was not a problem!

In the late game, Black Pearl and friends sailed over Blue Wave, 13-10. Pearl added some players from earlier games because they only had five players to start. Blue Wave led 6-4 early. Pearl scored four in a row to take half, 8-6. Pearl built their lead to about 10-6 before Blue scored again. The teams exchanged points after that until hard cap. With the win, Black Pearl remained tied for second with White Lotus only one game out of first place. With the loss, Blue Wave ended their four game winning streak and fell one game behind Pearl and Lotus in the standings. Blue Wave's last loss was on June 20th, also to Black Pearl.
