The yellow team have officially declared their name is not Bananas. It is Zombeeeees, or Bees for short... but undead.

Skies were gray when the early game started. Zombeeeees had a hunger for human flesh, while shRED were hoping to get some exorcise. The game was close and both teams were highly focused. So focused, in fact, that they didn't pay close attention to the oncoming storm. The game was capped with Zombeeeees getting a close victory, 11-8, just as the skies opened up in a torrential downpour.

Spooky Scary Skeletons and Moldy Bats were disappointed they did not receive advance notice of the weather at the Kiln. The late game was canceled. We will try to do better with safety and communication. This is also why we often make the call to cancel games in advance, even if East Fishkill Recreation says the field is open if we see the forecast indicating heavy rain or thunderstorms are expected. I know there are folks who would always prefer to play, but I want everyone to stay safe, and also avoid anyone making a long drive to the Kiln only to find out we cannot play.
