We tried to play on Monday, but the Kiln was too wet and games were rained out. Teams were back in action on Thursday. It was crisp and chilly, but the field was in good shape.

Eggplant worked their magic against Black Pearl's zone defense, getting a comfortable win 14-4 in the early game.

The Juice kept it close in the first half, until the score was 5-6 White Claw. Claw pulled away to take half 8-5 and extended their lead to 10-5 in the second half. Juice matched Claw point for point after that, including some nice hucks for scores, but Claw got the win 15-10.

Reminder, our Halloween games are this coming Monday, October 24th. It's also the last night of the regular season. Wear a team colored costume you can play disc in. Candy will be served. Fun will be had. The winner of the early game between Galactic Eggplant and the Juice will be the 2nd seed in the playoffs, and the loser will be the 3rd seed. Either way, the two teams will play again when the playoffs start on Thursday. White Claw has clinched the 1st seed, and Black Pearl has clinched the 4th. Pearl has won the last two fall championships, though, and they should never be counted out.
