What began as a drizzle became a steady rain a few times during the early game. Both Blue and White played a lot of zone defense, with the rain being the 8th player in the zone. Jimi was able to complete some big throws over the top for Blue, and the BluTang Clan took half 8-6, and felt good receiving the second half pull. White got two breaks in a row to even the score at 8-8, but Blue remained confident. Blue scored the next two points to reclaim a lead they would not relinquish. Blue led 13-9 when hard cap was called. White scored the final point of the game, but took the L 13-10. Pepper was on the sidelines cheering on the White team in an adorable yellow raincoat. She received much adoration from all in attendance, as well as a few treats from Marisa.

There was an Eli sighting suited up for Black in the nightcap versus Red. The early going was back and forth, with some great matchups, including the two captains, Bobby and Tom, covering each other on deep cuts. The rain had stopped, but the field was wet and so was the disc. Red won the game 15-12.

After tonight's games, Red and White are tied atop the standings at 6-3, and their season series is tied at 2-2 so far. White currently has the edge in point differential by four points, but Red has won the last two meetings between the two teams.
