Black played 100% better than the opener on Monday, staying close with a very strong Red team. After knotting the score 1-1, Black had a chance for a break, but Red held, and then broke Black to lead 3-1. After that, Black managed to stay within two or three points the rest of the way, with Red winning 12-10. Black covered the Vegas spread easily, and the game was a lot of fun with great spirit on both sides.

White defeated a strong Blue team 16-9 in the late game, earning their first win of the fall season. The @EFUltiLeague tweets were sorely missed after the hilarity of Monday's commentary.

There are no games on Monday - the rec center is closed for Labor Day. Play resumes next Thursday, September 7th, with Blue vs Red early, followed by Black-White in the nightcap. Everyone enjoy the holiday weekend!
