Thursday 6/28 PLUS Rule Updates!

After a rainout Monday night (games to be made up 7/23 as reflected in the schedule) the field was good to go for our Thursday night games. In the first game, Green defeated Blue 14 - 9. The Red Team defeated the Black Team 16 - 11 in a close game and the White Team defeated the Grey Team 16 - 10 in the late game.

Also, we have some new rules in effect after a Captain's vote. They are as follows

1. Marks will be disc length on stall counts (Red, White, Blue, Black supported, Green and Gray against)

2. Callahan's will NOT count as scores (Red, White, and Blue supported Callahan scores, Black, Green and Grey opposed so the existing rule stands)

3. There will be 1 time out per half plus one floating time out per team (Red, White, Blue, Black supported, Green and Grey preferred 2 time outs/half)

4. Clocks will stop at time outs - (responsibility of clock owner to stop the clock) - All teams supported except Red,

5. Because clocks will stop, time outs can be taken at any point in the game, even the last 5 minutes (the 5 minute rule was to stop teams from ending the game on a time out)

Note: Red was the only team to support playing to a point total so the 27 minute half remains
