Ladies' news....There were many incredibly close games throughout the day in the Ladies' tournament today, shown by all but two of the eight play-off games in the afternoon being within 10 points. Is It In? won overall today to make it three different winners so far this season! UEA were 2nd and Spikers edged Stowmarket Aces to come 3rd. Thanks to Cambridge VC for again being two teams and well done to UEA Sparkles making their debut!!

Men's news.....A good day for Norwich Spikers who won all 5 of their league games and then beat Medusa in the final. Medusa beat every other team apart from Spikers. Both Diss polish VC and Spikers 2 enjoyed their improved performances to finish 3rd and 4th respectively. UEA came 5th and Rhinos 6th. Norwich Spikers have now won all three tournaments this season, with Medusa coming runners up in all three as well!
