Wow! What a superb day of Volleyball at ERVS#5. On the Men's side of the tournament Norwich Spikers managed to win again, but were pushed all the way in a close final against Ipswich. GNG Bedford ended up 3rd with Medusa coming 4th. UEA easily won the plate side of the finals to finish 5th, Rhinos came 6th with Spikers 2 pipping GYGVC (+guests) to 7th place. Thanks to the players who helped GYGVC out by playing and also helping them officiate.

On the Ladies side of the hall Is It In? managed to overturn a half time deficit to beat UEA in the final. CVC Panthers (who had earlier beaten Is It In? in the league) narrowly beat Stowmarket in the 3rd/4th place play-off. Norwich Spikers came 5th, CVC Tigers 6th and Medusa edged out Rhinos in a close 7th/8th place play-off! Some really good competitive games today! Hopefully all the teams will play again at ERVS#6.
