Membership FAQ

Q: Who may join the East Campus Neighborhood Association?

A: Within the boundaries of the East Campus Neighborhood (see Bylaws below for boundaries), any adult (age 18 or older) who is a resident landowner or an non-resident owner of real property (as designated by a title document), or a tenant, may be a member of this organization.

Q: How do I join?

A: To join the Association, please mail your dues payment ($20/year for individuals, $30 for couples residing at the same address) and a photocopy of your proof of neighborhood residence/property ownership to the Treasurer. The current Treasurer's address is 1805 University Ave., CoMO 65201.

Q: What does membership entitle me to?

Membership in the ECNA entitles you to one vote at the annual meeting, an invitation to join the East Campus Community discussion list and invitations, via this website or that list, to Association meetings and social events. To serve on a committee or have a vote at meetings, you do need to be an ECNA member.

Q: Do I have to be an ECNA member to be involved in my neighborhood?

One way for residents and property owners to start becoming involved in your neighborhood is joining the East Campus Community Google Group (see left sidebar). Any resident, whether owner or tenant, and any person owning property in East Campus may join this group, independent of membership in the East Campus Neighborhood Association.
