Any overnight guests need to have permission from management
No flushing of feminine products, wet wipes (or any other items that do not break apart the same way as toilet paper breaks apart) down the toilets
Leftover food needs to be scraped into a garbage and not sent down the kitchen drain, as it can cause food clogs
Tenants need to be considerate with parking and only park in the designated areas
Tenants are not to remove or replace batteries in Smoke Detectors. If a smoke alarm is chirping, please contact your local management immediately so they can immediately replace the battery
Tenants are NOT to perform any repairs on appliances. If you have any issues with any appliance or anything else, for that matter, please submit the online maintenance work order from this website. IF THIS IS AN EMERGENCY, PLEASE CALL 911 IF LIVES ARE IN DANGER

Tenants are NOT to attempt to clear any slow or clogged drains. DO NOT send any Draino or any other chemical drain cleaner down any drain as these chemicals can destroy the pipes and cause major plumbing repairs.
