EMAIL 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE FOR AN EXCUSED ABSENCE IN THE FUTURE

2 unexcused absences = probation 

2 probations = kicked out

Probations are permanent

1. If you don’t show up to an event that you signed up for without emailing to cancel 24 hours before (unless specified otherwise ) you will receive double negative hours. 

   1. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, you will not be penalized if you find someone to replace you. 

2. If you don’t meet the semester hour requirement you will have to make up  how many hoours you missed + 1.5x hours of what you missed and you will receive a probation. 

ex: if you are missing 1 nhs sponsored hour, you will have to make up  1+(1.5 * 1)= 2.5 hours 

3. You need 26 service hours per year (13 of which must be completed by Dec 1) 

   1. At least 13 of these hours must be NHS sponsored (6 NHS sponsored are required by Dec 1) 

4. Hours must be turned in on an organization letterhead within 30 days of the service being performed
