Expressing Core Values in Boundaries & Protocols - A Workshop

We express our values in our everyday lives, whether we’re fully conscious of them or not. Boundaries (our preferences and limits) and Protocols (special rules for power exchange) start with good intentions. But what we don’t know - or don’t examine - about our guiding principles can hamper self-awareness, hamstring intentional relationships, and sabotage play or ongoing dynamics.

In this workshop, you’ll identify some of your core values and how to express your your personal boundaries, interpersonal rules, and formalized protocols in ways that match your own goals and dynamics. This is a participatory discussion, and you will be invited to share your thoughts and experiences. All identities, orientations, relationship styles, and levels of experience are welcome.

D/s Pacific Northwest (DSPNW) in conjunction with the Center for Sex Positive Culture (CSPC) sponsors View From the Top, a discussion and support group for those who identify with BDSM Top roles and activities, including Dominant, Master/Mistress, Owner, Big, and more. Welcoming all D-types and Tops of all backgrounds, orientations, and intersectionalities.
