My Teaching Philosophy:

I believe teaching is a process to help students to learn more efficiently and effectively, so the key in the process is to understand how students learn and provide proper guidelines accordingly. In contemporary higher education, students are coming from different backgrounds with different expectations. I am always trying to know my students better through their profiles and various engagement activities. My focus is on those students who need encouragement and technical assistance due to the lack of relevant knowledge and skills, and those students who need to be challenged and inspired with advanced tasks and extra readings.
