Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Patna, Bihar, India.

Research Interest:

Unknown input estimators, Robust and adaptive filtering and control, Fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control, Monitoring, optimization and control of different mechanical systems, PEM Fuel Cell Systems, Mobile robots, Navigation and target tracking,

Important events:

December 16, 2024: Another PhD student Mr. Rashique Arif of mine and Dr. Nimai Pada Mandal has defended his thesis successfully and become Dr. Rashique Arif. I wish him a great success in his life.

December 3, 2024: A paper titled 'Performance evaluation of evaporator coil of a domestic refrigerator under frosting' has been published in a SCIE journal with my PhD scholar Manav Kumar and other co-authors.

September 24, 2024: Two papers accepted for publication in a ESCI and SCOPUS listed journal:

1. 'Analysis and optimization of super duplex stainless steel deposition in wire arc additive manufacturing using machine learning techniques' with Ph.D. research Scholar Mr. Prakash Kumar and Dr. Kuntal Maji, DPIE, NIT Jamshedpur.

2. 'Recent developments on Aluminium 7075 based composite with industrial waste fly ash by stir casting and their applications' with Ph.D. research scholar Mr. Randhir Kumar.

June 24, 2024: A journal paper titled 'Role of Different Reinforcements in Aluminium 7075-Based Metal Matrix Composite—A Review' is published with my Ph.D scholar Mr. Randhir Kumar.

April 22, 2024: Mr. Rashique Arif, Ph.D scholar has submitted his Ph.D thesis.

February 17, 2024: A journal paper titled 'A comprehensive experimental investigation on mechanical and thermal performance of Polypropylene - Homopolymer / Unmodified Minor - Mineral Fuller’s Earth composites' is published in a SCI journal with my Ph.D scholar Rajvardhan Jaideva
