My research is in performance engineering of database/datastore systems for real-time decision making, specifically in autonomous DBMSs and cloud datastores. The goal of my research is to build models and tools that can be implemented in realistic scenarios, utilizing system design requirements through quantitative modelling and simulation.

I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK), Senior Member of the IEEE & Member of the ACM.
