Percentages of plastic surgeons and HDI

Countries with relatively lower Human Development Indices tend to have a higher %'s of plastic surgeons (among all types of doctors). Only a few countries with higher HDI's (like the U.S.) have a higher % of plastic surgeons. Colors refer to the %'s of plastic surgeons and dots refer to the 2013 the HDI's obtained from the UNDP website.
