Neutrophil images

The cell I've come to love so much. Here is a beautiful EM of it!

Here are two images I took at the CCI at the University of Liverpool of neutrophils with and without stimulation with PMA (50 nM), which induces NETosis. Blue stain is DAPI for DNA. Green is Neutrophil Elastase (NE). Red colour is Myeloperoxidase (MPO). You can see that after NETosis occurs, DNA, NE and MPO are all extracellular.
