CEPR Research and Policy Network (RPN) on Preventing Conflict: Policies for Peace

I am the leader of this expert group of the CEPR aiming at making known to a wider public the cutting-edge research findings on how to curb conflict. We among others organize conferences and webinars.

The website of our RPN is available under this link.

Enterprise for Society Center (E4S) Group on Evidence-Based Environmental Policy Advice

I am co-leader of this group together with Prof. Philippe Thalmann from the EPFL. Our goal is to formulate sound policy advice on environmental polices, based on cutting-edge research.

The website of E4S is available under this link.

Our first topic of focus is aviation taxation. We have issued a policy brief (available in English, French and German), and more recently the full White Paper (in English, French and German). Our work has been covered by the NZZ, Le Temps, Tribune de Genève, 24Heures, Tages-Anzeiger, Zürcher Oberländer, Der Bund, Basler Zeitung, Le Matin Dimanche.

Peace Talks: research and policy

Together with Quentin Gallea (University of Zurich) and Massimo Morelli (Bocconi) we have founded Peace Talks: research and policy, which is a webinar forum where academics present non-technically a paper on a pressing problem and then engage in a discussion with policy experts.
