My current research:
(1) Ionic Conductors:
Combine TEM with other techniques(X-ray, DFT, Electrochemical) to investigate the physical and chemical process of electrode materials for secondary ion batteries, e.g. kinetics, dynamical process, and phase transitions, in order to understand and develop the high performance electrode materials.
(2) Nanomaterials for Catalysts:
Structural characterization of nanomaterials for (electro-)catalysts and Investigate their structure-property relationship
(3) Functional Oxide Compounds:
Structural Characterization on the interracial structure and coupling of functional oxide compounds, aiming to understand the structure-property relation.
(4) Development of TEM techniques:
Developing practical approaches of electron microscopy, including EELS, In-situ TEM techniques
