Core Dances

This list of dances includes Jigs, Reels, Strathspeys and a Medley which will be taught and repeated in classes over the coming year. The core dances include old favourites and popular dances, and contain a range of different formations. Along side the usual 3 couples in a 4 couple set, this selection includes 2 couple, 3 couple, 4 couple, 5 couple, square and triangle sets.

Some of these dances will be used for Social Dance programmes throughout the year.
