The nursing profession requires a continuous development plan to be up to date with the latest advanced evidence-based practice, guidelines and principles. The development plans assist in the continuous growth of a registered nurse as an individual and as a professional. The attached development plan will outline my objectives for professional development after the completion of the Master of Nursing Practice from the University of New England.
