Pricing: What You Get For What You Pay
2 hours for initial consultation and administration of booking (written agreement)
2 hours for pre-event meeting to discuss music, itinerary, and announcements
2 hours for preparing Client's music preferences and selecting song requests
2 hours for creating, printing, and distributing wedding or event schedules
2 hours for loading, unloading, setting up, and conducting a sound check
2 hours for breaking down, reloading, and final unloading of equipment
4 hours of DJ/MC entertainment includes 16 total hours of service!
The base price for either sound system includes setting up and breaking down unless extra waiting time is required for unusually early arrival, advance setup, or delayed breakdown. The hourly performance rate for weddings is slightly higher than other events because of the extra planning and coordinating involved. 4-hour minimum booking is required on Saturdays and holidays. Additional fees may apply for certain prime dates, major holidays or adjacent weekends, the extensive management of a non-wedding event, and the following services:
