Pricing: What You Get For What You Pay

Every Client's investment in Mobile DJ/MC entertainment INCLUDES:

  • Dale Bryan, a Veteran of Radio Broadcasting, Disc Jockey, and Master of Ceremonies

  • Experienced Wedding and Event Planner assisted by his wife & partner, Wendy Marie

  • Personal collaboration to help coordinate a smooth-flowing, fun and successful event

  • Premium-grade sound system customized for optimal sound quality and volume level

  • Extra wireless microphone for Clients and guests to make toasts or announcements

  • A complement of essential backup equipment (on-site and accessible just in case)

  • A comprehensive collection of clean, family-friendly Music (Oldies to Current Hits)

  • Self-contained setup with an elegant but discreet DJ booth (i.e., table and facade)

  • Unlimited communication between Clients and Dale Bryan via phone, text & email

Plus up to 12 additional hours of service beyond performance time:

  • 2 hours for initial consultation and administration of booking (written agreement)

  • 2 hours for pre-event meeting to discuss music, itinerary, and announcements

  • 2 hours for preparing Client's music preferences and selecting song requests

  • 2 hours for creating, printing, and distributing wedding or event schedules

  • 2 hours for loading, unloading, setting up, and conducting a sound check

  • 2 hours for breaking down, reloading, and final unloading of equipment

4 hours of DJ/MC entertainment includes 16 total hours of service!

$200 per hour for weddings
$160/hour for other events

  • Audiences of more than 150 people

  • Medium to large size venues

  • Inside (indoor) setup ONLY

$300 per hour for weddings
$260/hour for other events

Hourly rates are for DJ/MC performance time and there is no charge for the 12 additional hours of service listed above. Rates for weddings are slightly higher than for other events because of the extra planning and coordinating involved. Overtime performance is charged at time and a half but may be prorated. A 4-hour minimum booking is required on Saturdays and holidays. Supplemental fees may apply for major holidays (or their adjacent weekends) and the following optional services:

$ 80/hour for additional waiting time or round-trip travel over 30 minutes

$100 for providing outdoor shelter for Compact Sound System (canopy tent)

$160 for providing Dance Floor Lighting (for appropriate indoor events ONLY)

$200/hour for wedding ceremony music at the same location as the reception

$240/hour for wedding ceremony music at separate location (2nd sound system)

Current hourly rate for on-site Mobile Massage Therapy by Wendy Marie, LMT
