Hello, years ago my son had an ileostomy. Since he didn't like looking at the bag, we needed to cover it. I found various online sites where I could purchase ostomy covers, or YouTube videos of people sewing them, but I couldn't find patterns to download. After much trial and error, I made a bag cover that worked for us. I hope you can use it also.

Note: This pattern requires very basic sewing skills, and fits Hollister 12 inch adult bags, with a 1 3/4, or 2 1/4 inch flange.
