Spririt Week: Nov. 14th - 18th

Monday - Dirksen Day (wear purple)

Tuesday - International Day (wear your country's colors)

Wednesday - Retro Day (wear popular styles from 1990's)

Thursday - Higher Education Day (wear highschool/college/univiersity gear)

Friday - Mismatch Day (wear things that don't go together)

Important Dates:

• Picture Day will be on Monday, October 17th.

• End of Quarter 1 - Thursday, October 20th

  • Language Art will end the quarter the Friday before (Oct. 14th).

Star 360 for both math and reading will be on Tuesday, September 13th.

• Get a good night's rest before the test.

• Make sure you eat breakfast, it's hard to think on an empty stomach.

• Tell yourself that you are going to do great!

  • Positive self-talk is essential to success, you get the day you tell yourself that you are going to have!
