Research

    I mainly focus on research in Reaction Rate Theory in Astrophysics, Applied Analysis, Special Functions,  and Transform Calculus. The reactions taking place in Stars like Sun has always fascinated me where I started my research.  

I learned that many special functions were involved in the mystery behind reaction rate theory.  So I got interested in it.

While working on these topics I got interested in other areas like Integral transforms, Fractional Calculus.

Those who like to share their ideas in the above areas or would like to discuss are always welcome.  Of Course, my areas of interest are not limited to the above.

·  I collaborated with Professor Dr H. J. Haubold, Chief Scientist, Office of Outer Space Affairs, United Nations Office at Vienna, Vienna, Austria, when he was a visitor to CMS on several occasions.  We have jointly published several papers.

·  I collaborated with Professor Dr Anatoly A. Kilbas, Professor, Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics, Belarusian State University, Minsk, Belarus, when he was a visitor to CMS for three weeks and we have jointly written two papers.
