"THE DIAMOND CLUB"
The Diamond Club is a Personal Board of Directors to provide support and encouragement to women through spiritual enrichment and awareness, postitive affirmations, professional amd personal development.
Members are recurited by referral only. The purpose of the Diamond Club is to:
Assist members with re-building self esteem, through encouragment and support.
Assist members with setting goals for personal, career, and or academic development.
Assist members with learning to develop healthy relationships & support systems.
Study and Review Scriptures, for spiritual enrichment in an effort to understand what God says about her and not what others may think.
Encourage members to pursue career changes and establishing career goals.
Encourage members to develop or enhance hobbies and talents.
Encourage members to to develop or enhance social skills (healthy relationships with family members & others, appropriate recreation).
Become active in community programs to assist others who are homeless and are in need of assistance (housing, child care, employment, medical service, etc.).
"The Diamond Mind"
A diamond beauty is the reflection of white lights from facets. A facet is a flat surface that is cut into a diamond and then polished to increase the brillance of the diamond beauty. Therefore it is the goal of the "Diamond Club" to conversely identify with the beauty, uniqueness and value of the permanence of the diamond; and to associate the diamond with the mind of a woman as a "gift of love".
