ENTRIES DUE: October 16th.
Entries can be submitted online at https://www.utahpta.org/ref. Rules and other information can be found there. Students should review the rules carefully for their entry.
Students can submit 1 entry per category. Entries either need to be submitted by a parent/guardian OR submitted by the student with a signed permission form (uploaded as an image or pdf).
