If you are a NEW CLIENT, please read through our process and complete the form below.
The client provides us with their prior-year tax return to secure their spot
Client uploads or drops off their tax documents
We prepare on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Documents received later in tax season will have a longer wait period.
Tax preparation begins
A tax professional will contact the client directly with any questions or if more documents are needed
Please ensure that you provide us with your current contact information. The secure portal is our primary method of contact. YOUR RETURN MAY BE DELAYED IF WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTACT YOU OR DUE TO A LACK OF RESPONSE.
Clients' results are complete and are sent back to them digitally and/or physically
Client approves the results and returns the signature page to us, physically or via our secure portal
To sign electronically or "e-sign" we will need a different email address for each party signing.
Tax returns e-filed after the signature is received
If you are due a tax refund, it will be directly deposited into your bank account if direct deposit was selected. We do not have control over the speed at which your refund comes after e-filing.
After March 1st, any documents received will have an extension filed on their behalf.
It’s important to note that while you have more time to file, you are still required to pay any taxes owed by the original deadline to avoid penalties and interest. If you expect to owe taxes, we recommend making an estimated payment with your extension request to reduce potential penalties and interest. The law imposes penalties when taxpayers underestimate/late filing their tax liabilities.
