In 2005, there were two main championships. Sim-Challenge (SC) and Formula-Simracing (FSR). It was the last season of SC, since they focused their energy in another game (GTR), and all F1 drivers moved to FSR.
The season was very exciting. Some very good drivers participated in the championship, like the 3-times world champion Bruno Marques, or that season's FSR champion Dennis Hirrle.
At that time, there were still a few issues in EA's game "F1 Challenge 99-02", especially lag.
