New Versions of Covenants

We have prepared two new versions of the Covenants which should make them more convenient and easier to understand.

The first version called "Merged" has the language of the sections/provisions that are changed by Amendment 1 (there currently is only one amendment) incorporated into the Covenants document. The original language which is modified by Amendment 1 is retained with the Covenants but identified by strike-through text.

The second version called "Updated" has only the text from Amendment 1 and the original Covenants which is currently in effect. Outdated language and provisions of the original Covenants document are not present. This is the document you should use as your reference document.

To clarify, there has been NO changes to the Covenants! We have just structured the associated "Merged" and "Updated" versions of the Covenants documents' to make sure you are looking at the current provisions that are in effect today.
