Setup duties
Put new banner up at front of Hall
If communion - put up table, lay cloth and prepare communion.
Arrange communion servers .
Switch on extra heaters if necessary.
Ensure all fire exits remain clear at all times.
Before you leave
Check to make sure all windows are closed and locked.
Ensure heaters on timers are set to Auto Off with the socket switched On.
Ensure heaters without timers are switched Off at the wall.
Ensure PA and other switches on rear wall are switched Off
