Ictal-like Events Detection Tutorial

Start DClamp

Open file 'IctalLikeExample.acq'

Click OK 

After data loads select 'Display' tab, and click 'Display 10m' button to display 10 minutes of data 'x0.5' Display gain.

Then select 'Analysis' tab

click 'Options' button next to 'Ictal-like Events' to set detection parameters.

click 'Ictal-like Events' button to detect events. The results table window will open.

Click 'Load Events' button and load 'IctalLikeExample.dcr' file, containing video events locations corresponding to EEG.

Select first detected event (left mouse click in the table) and scroll through events using keyboard down arrow key. Plot will automatically update to show current group.

To zoom in click R-mouse button and select 'Horizontal Zoom In', then press and hold L-mouse button at the beginning of event, move mouse to the end of event and release the mouse button.
