On December 18-20, the 8th International Conference on Ubiquitous Information Technologies and Applications (CUTE 2013) has been successfully held in Danang, Vietnam. Professor Young-Ho Park was served as the Program Chair at this International Conference. For CUTE 2013, we received a lot of paper submissions from various countries. Out of these, after a rigorous peer review process, we accepted only 107 high-quality papers for CUTE 2013 proceeding, published by the Springer.
