Cost, Payment Options, & How To Save
NOTE: See below for info about "Client Information & Release Form"
Please DO NOT email or fax me your partially completed form. I can't save you money and me time if I have to print the form out for you to sign the liability release at the bottom of the 2nd page AFTER your session. BRING A NEW ACCURATELY COMPLETED AND UPDATED COPY EACH TIME YOU ATTEND.
NOTE: The advertised cost and massage time given (i.e. $20 for 30 min,
$40 for 1 hour, etc.) include the time the client has to dress
and/or undress and the time the client takes to fill out the Client
Information and Release Form if not filled out prior to

By clicking on the "Client Information and Release Form" tab at the
top left of the "Home Page" you can print and fill out the form before you
come and bring it with you so we can spend all your appointment time
working on you and not the paperwork. If for some reason the "Form"
doesn't work with your computer or you don't have a printer just come
about 10 minutes early and you can fill one out then.
If you like what I offer and want to return for additional massages just
make copies of your "Form" after you’ve completed all the required
sections EXCEPT the bottom of the second page as indicated.
IT'S UP TO YOU TO MAKE SURE YOU REVIEW YOUR FORM BEFORE EACH
AND EVERY VISIT TO ASSURE ALL YOUR INFORMATION IS ACCURATE AND
After your massage is over the liability section of page 2 must be completed. You will need to input your printed name, signature, location, completed appointment date, and time at the bottom of the page.
It's easiest if you keep the completed additional copies of your "Form" in your vehicle, purse, briefcase, billfold, etc so that's as far as you have to go to retrieve one. By having completed copies of your "Form" with you; it keeps you from having to fill one out each session. It helps me keep my paperwork time to a minimum and I can pass that savings on to you. I charge the following:
$20 for a half hour
$40 for an hour
$60 for an hour and a half
$80 for two hours
AGAIN ..... IT'S UP TO YOU TO MAKE SURE YOU REVIEW YOUR FORM BEFORE EACH AND EVERY VISIT TO ASSURE ALL YOUR INFORMATION IS ACCURATE AND UP-TO-DATE

Most therapists or massage groups charge $60+ for a table massage. I'm doing my best to offer my clients quality work at a decent price that benefits us all.
