Sport

I have been practicing fencing (épée) since 1990, with some pauses (currently on hiatus)... I was ranked 21st overall in Italy in 1996-97, and I've been U21 regional champion in Liguria and vice-champion absolute in 1997. I've also been vice-champion at the Italian university championships. In Paris, I've been 3rd at the Tournoi de Vincennes in 2015 and at the Paris championships. I also won a challenge at Saint-Denis de l'Hôtel in the senior circuit in 2014. My clubs have been Cesare Pompilio and Circolo della Spada Liguria at Genova, UPV Seccion Esgrima y Club Mediterraneo in Valencia, Racing Club and Garde Républicaine de Paris in Paris.

I also practice ski but not at agonistic level (although I was ranked 3rd at Genoa University championships in 1996).

Music

I have played cello at amateur level since I was 12. I play Bach especially but sometimes I try Dvorak, adaptations of Carlos Gardel's works, and Irish folk.
