My passion is transforming Information Technology (IT) and Information Systems (IS) to produce revenue growth by architecting and implementing, robust & flexible, systems and infrastructure. We live in a world of disruptive technologies where Cloud, Mobile, Social, and Big Data are all impacting businesses.  The big question is how to embrace these changes and hit the target with the agility needed to achieve changing strategic business goals.

For example, Cloud Computing offers many advantages over traditional IT and can provide the foundation for Social, Mobile and Big Data processing.  It should not solely be viewed as a way to save money, but more importantly as a means of providing fast and accurate solutions to your business needs. Cloud Computing offers elastic scalability, providing on demand capacity to support changing processing requirements.

Corporations throughout the world are reinventing the wheel every day by routinely doing common tasks that are much better served through cloud computing.  This focuses a business’s IT resources on tasks that will differentiate your business. Most times, converting day-to-day productivity tools to the cloud has very little if any impact on the user group in terms of training, and in many cases users will gain efficiencies as a result of the conversion.

I provide IT support, system auditing, research, development and recommendations, which includes the application of BI, CRM, Cloud, Mobile, and Social Technologies. Experienced with multiple CRM solutions including home grown, Salesforce.com and MS Dynamics 365 CRM.
