The Dallas/Fort Worth BFRB (body focused repetitive behaviors) Hair Pulling (Trichotillomania) and Skin Picking (Dermatillomania/Excoriation) Support Group is a free welcoming, safe space for adults age 18 and up who suffer from trichotillomania, skin picking or other BFRBs to receive and give support. The group is moderated by a sufferer of hair pulling disorder (peer-moderated). The group is also open to parents and adult-aged loved ones. If you are new to this group, you are welcome to request a quick, five-minute phone call with the facilitator so we can get to know each other and to have any questions answered.

Meetings are open to adults age 18 and up who are hair pullers and/or skin pickers and their adult-aged loved ones.
