Kexin Zheng (2023 - present)
Ms. Kexin Zheng has earned the degree of Bachelor of Engineering in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering at Hefei University of Technology (China). Following that, she obtained her Master's Degree in Energy Science and Engineering from Technische Universitaet Darmstadt (Germany) in 2018. Her previous studies and research mainly focused on load management strategies in rooms with defined climatic requirements. Her Ph.D. study is on sustainable and energy-efficient buildings in September 2023, which will be supervised by Prof. Dahai Qi at the University of Sherbrooke.
Ahmed Taha (2024 - present)
Mr. Ahmed Abdalreheem has earned the degree of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University in 2017 in Egypt. In 2022 he obtained his master’s degree in heat transfer using CFD from the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University. Currently, he has just started his PhD investigating modeling of building ventilation under the impact of wildfire events under the supervision of Prof. Dahai Qi at the University of Sherbrooke.

Ms. Zhonglin Gu graduated from Guangdong Ocean University with a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Engineering of Built Environment and Energy in 2021 and received her Master's Degree in Civil Engineering and Hydraulics (HVAC) from Nanjing University of Technology (NUIST) in 2024. She is currently studying at the University of Sherbrooke (UdeS), Canada, where she is researching the dispersion mechanism of wildfire smoke in the built environment and its mitigation measures under the joint supervision of Prof. Dahai Qi and Prof. Hachimi Fellouah.
