Ukulele In the Classroom by James Hill and J. Chalmers Doane
I first say James Hill at an Ontario Music Educators' Conference. I attended his workshop and was amazed how quickly he had everyone playing. The resources are great and come in D6 tuning as well as C6 tuning.
