Committees handle all of the work to put together an awesome CYHS Post Prom. "It takes a village" and we have so much fun doing it. Committee chairs and other interested volunteers have an opportunity to meet monthly after the PTO meetings at 7:15 p.m. in Room 131 (or sometimes the cafeteria) of the high school. If you can't make the meetings but still want to volunteer that's perfectly fine; you'll just need to stay in touch with your particular committee group.
This planning opportunity is not just for parents of seniors. We would love to see parents of underclassmen, especially those of junior students, get involved. Junior parents - please volunteer - we would like to have trained volunteers for every committee next year and this is the best way to do that.

All committees need to make sure to update notes and plan to turn in all binders and notes by the end of the school year.
Check Requests: If you need a check to pay a vendor, please make sure to allow enough time for the Post Prom Treasurer (Karen Montgomery) to get the proper signatures. In most cases, this should be 1 to 2 days. Please print out and complete the Check Request Form. The link is provided below. Thank you.

Organize Central students to pass buckets for monetary donations at CYHS sporting events; coordinate with team parent contact. Make sure concession stands have donation buckets.
